I led a small staff of writers in pitching ideas, writing articles and producing page layouts. We published four issues, each featuring about 16 stories. 

As executive editor, I carried out a multi-draft editing process of each article. With one week from first drafts to print, I met every hard deadline.

I personally wrote and photographed one or two articles per issue, which required dedicated research and reporting. I also made the creative decisions for the design of the paper (photos, page layouts, page order, etc.)

I created the print layouts with Adobe InDesign and edited the website using WordPress.
